1. Tenant Screening:

   Have tenant complete prospective tenant form (yours or ours)
   Comprehensive Prospective Tenant Interview

2. Property Make Ready
   Clean carpets
   Sweep, mop & wax floors
   Remove trash
   Clean kitchen cabinets and appliances
   Non-toxic insect powder put down, if required
   Clean walls & ceilings
   Defrost refrigerator & freezer
   Mow yard & weed-eat
   Check wall outlets, lights, appliances, heating, air conditioning and plumbing for proper operation
   Provide list of repairs needed

3. Property Repair
   Repair sheet rock
   Re-stretch carpet

4. Maintain Property Grounds

   Fill holes
   Treat for fire ants

5. Move Clients in or out
   Rearrange or change out furniture
   Help clients move in or out
   Move furniture to or from your warehouse or storage facility
